นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
บริษัทตระหนักอย่างลึกซึ้งถึง นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ในเรื่องของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าที่ได้รับมาจากการทำธุรกิจตัวแทนท่องเที่ยวว่าเป็นข้อมูลที่มีความสาคัญอย่างยิ่ง. บริษัทให้ความเคารพลูกค้าโดยการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมและจะปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (กฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล) รวมถึงกฎระเบียบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง, กฎหมายธุรกิจ, ระเบียบสังคม, หลักปฏิบัติเพื่อความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยในสังคมอย่างเคร่งครัดเพื่อรักษาเชื่อมั่นและความไว้วางใจที่ลูกค้าที่มีต่อบริษัท ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้การจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าทุกท่านที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทเป็นไปอย่างปลอดภัย บริษัทจึงได้จัดทานโยบายและโครงสร้างระบบที่ครอบคลุมโดยมีใจความดังต่อไปนี้
1. การเก็บรวบรวม・ การใช้งาน・และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล บริษัทจะทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยคานึงถึงเนื้อหาและขอบเขตของธุรกิจที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นเป็นสาคัญ และจะควบคุมการใช้ข้อมูลบุคคลให้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ก่อนหน้านี้เท่านั้นโดยจะไม่นำข้อมูลส่วนตัวบุคคลดังกล่าวมาใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น. นอกจากนี้ ในบางกรณีบริษัทอาจต้องให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านกับบุคคลที่สามด้วยเหตุผลทางธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้บริษัทจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใดๆ ให้กับบุคคลที่สามหากไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากลูกค้า. เพื่อสนองต่อนโยบายดังกล่าว บริษัทจึงจัดทำระเบียบการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและจัดฝึกอบรมพนักงานอย่างจริงจัง
2. การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายอย่างเคร่งครัดในการควบคุมดูแลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล บริษัทจะทำการตรวจสอบและปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับ, บทบัญญัติต่างๆ ของประเทศ เช่น กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและกฎระเบียบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด
3. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อให้การจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นไปอย่างปลอดภัยและเหมาะสม บริษัทจึงสร้างระบบควบคุม “ระบบการจัดการเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” และอบรมให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานเป็นรายบุคคลเพื่อป้องกันการสูญหาย ความเสียหาย การแก้ไขปลอมแปลง การทำลายและการรั่วไหลของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล. นอกจากนี้ บริษัทยังได้วางมาตรการ หากเกิดความผิดปกติขึ้น จะตรวจหาสาเหตุและดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างเร่งด่วน โดยจัดให้มีการตรวจสอบเป็นประจำทุกวันและการตรวจสอบภายในเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ปัญหาเกิดขึ้นซ้ำอีก
4. การร้องเรียนและปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจัดตั้ง “ฝ่ายรับเรื่องเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” สาหรับเป็นช่องทางติดต่อเมื่อมีการร้องเรียนและต้องการคาปรึกษาด้านการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เพื่อให้สามารถจัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
5. ปรับปรุงระบบการจัดการเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างต่อเนื่องนอกจากสภาพแวดล้อมของการบริหารขององค์กรแล้ว เพื่อให้การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลสอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสถานการณ์ในสังคมและความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยี บริษัทยังได้พยายามปรับปรุงแก้ไขระบบ “การจัดการเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” อย่างต่อเนื่องอีกด้วย
วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล
ทางบริษัทจัดเก็บข้อมูล ชื่อ อีเมล โทรศัพท์ ของลูกค้าเพื่อใช้ในการจัดทำบุ๊คกิ้งเท่านั้นไม่มีจุดประสงค์นำไปใช้อย่างอื่น ระยะเวลาในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลเป็นระยะเวลา 6 เดือนหลังจากลูกค้าเดินทางไปแล้ว ทางบริษัทมิได้จัดเก็บข้อมูลบัตรเคดิตหรือเดบิตของลูกค้าเพราะจะเป็นการผิดเงื่อนไขในการรับชำระเงิน
กรณีนำรูปภาพ ของลูกค้ามาใช้กับเว็บไซต์บริษัทมีนโยบายที่เคร่งครัดว่าด้วยเรื่องของการได้รับการยินยอม และ ตรวจสอบ และส่งมอบภาพเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการนำเสนอทางสื่อต่างๆ โดยภาพลูกค้าจะต้องได้รับการส่งมอบและได้รับอนุญาติจากลูกค้าโดยตรง
1.COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
A contract is being completed between you and impiantourphuket by inscribing yourself. The terms of the business of impiantourphuket are the basis of this contract. The person inscribing will be held responsible for the liability of all person inscribed by him.
2.SERVICES
Our services are being described within the present website. Any special requests or side agreements will only be part of the contract if confirmed unconditionally by impiantourphuket in written form.
3.PAYMENT
Upon receiving impiantourphuket’s booking confirmation, you will have to make a down payment of 50% of the amount due. The rest has to be paid 2 weeks ahead of the starting date of your trip. If the payment has not been made on time, impiantourphuket may deny the booked services and claim processing fees.

4.WITHDRAWAL BY TRAVELER
The traveler’s withdrawal will take effect after a written withdrawal declaration has come in at impiantourphuket. The following cancellation fees will be charged:
· 15 to 44 days before starting the tour: 50% of tour price
· 0 to 14 days before starting the tour: 100% of tour price
5.CHANGE OF PROGRAMME AND/OR PRICE
Impiantourphuket. reserves the right to change the catalog of services and prices/rates before your booking. If this is the case, impiantourphuket. will duly inform you before the completion of the contract. Any increase in prices and rates may be necessary for the cost of transport or the hotel rates increase, or if the currency exchange rate is modified.
6.MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
Unlimited quantity.
7.CANCELLATION
impiantourphuket. is entitled to cancel the trip if by your acts or omissions you are creating a justifiable cause. In this case, impiantourphuket. will refund the traveling price paid.
8.YOU ARE STARTING A TRIP BUT CANNOT FINISH IT
If due to any reason you abandon a trip ahead of time, no refund can be made.
9.CHANGES OF PROGRAMME, FAILURE OF SERVICE
If during the trip a change of program has to be made ( e.g. due to weather conditions)that affects a considerable part of the planned trip, impiantourphuket. will refund the possible difference between the agreed travel price and this of the services adduced.
10.FORCE MAJEURE
Any events of force majeure such as riots, catastrophes, epidemics, etc. may cause impiantourphuket. to cancel the trip. In such a case impiantourphuket. will inform you as soon as possible.
11.TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
with any travel insurance company.
12.LIABILITY
Impiantourphuket is liable within the limits of its obligation to exercise diligence for all specified services. The traveler takes part in the trip at his own risk. Particularly, the traveler is responsible for his state of health, his road behavior, the observance of the traffic regulations and all other local regulations regarding traffic. In no case, impiantourphuket may be held liable for any physical or material damages, that the traveler may suffer or cause by practicing cycling, even when riding in an impiantourphuket’s group or with a guide.
